Ridiculously tasty & super easy fudge recipe
If you spent last night sifting through your kids candy stash picking out all the Reese’s, Snickers, and Kit-Kats then you may want to give the recipe a try. Your kids will thank me, and they’ll be less mad at you for swiping their chocolate.
I had no idea fudge was so easy to make. I always knew it was delicious and i want to eat it all the time, but i didn’t know i could make it in less then 5 minutes! My mom and i whipped this up while she was here staying with us last week.
Talk about an easy fudge recipe!
14oz Sweet Condensed Milk
12oz semisweet chocolate chips (other favorite chocolate)
2 Tbl coffee (pick a good kind…with a flavor. I used freshly ground Chocolate Raspberry coffee beans)
1/2-2 Tbl water
Place condensed milk into a sauce pan and heat over medium heat.
In a small dish dissolve the coffee into the water. Starting with 1/2Tbl and adding until it becomes a thick sludge.
Pour the dissolved coffee into the saucepan with the condensed milk.
Then pour the chocolate chips into the pan and melt over low heat stirring continuously so it doesn’t burn.
Pour into a greased pan and place in fridge for at least 2 hours or until hard.
I now have super delicious raspberry flavored fudge squares sitting in a bag in my freezer for whenever the mood strikes! And it strikes often.
